Diabetes Control Program -- From South Dakota. A short but good list of recipes here. If you're a resident of South Dakota you can get a free copy of their complete cookbook. Non residents, unfortunately need not apply, but you can still grab copies of the ones posted on the site.
The Diabetic Gourmet Magazine -- A very nice website with a lot of good resources for diabetics, including a nice archive of recipes.
Recipe Source -- This is a terrific site for recipes, and is listed on the preceding page, but here I'll tell you the secret for diabetics. You'll see a small search window at the top left of this page. Type in the word "diabetic" and hit the "Go" button to find over a hundred good recipes for diabetics. I haven't tried, but I expect the same trick would work on many of the large recipe archives, so you
might give it a try on some of the links from the preceeding page. All of the larger archives seem to have site search windows on them. Use the feedback link at the top of the page to let me know if you find any good ones! I'll list them in this section too.

Rick Medosa (the site owner), and his wife, both have diabetes. Rick is a freelance writer specializing in diabetes. This one's a definate keeper, and, while I hate listing link sites, here's one that's at least as good, and maybe, if it's possible, just a little better:
